ECSDD is dedicated to providing high quality services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are an organization that provides residential services as well as supporting individuals in the community.

We are currently hiring direct care providers for shifts that would consist of duties such assisting in activities of daily living, transportation, supported employment opportunities, participating in community activities, medical appointments and giving medications. All necessary training will be provided but a high school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license is required. We have a varitey of shifts including paid sleep shifts. The starting wage is $9.15 per hour plus shift payfor awake shifts and $8.31 per hour for sleep shifts. Pay increase after 90 days with satisfactory performance evaluation plus we offer excellent benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off program, life insurance, and a retirement plan. 

We offer comprehensive orientation, training and opportunities for professional development. Some of the trainings we provide are First Aid/CPR, Medication Administration and Safety Care Techniques for working with challenging behaviors.
